Viennese Biscuits
If you like biscuits, Vienna or Hello Kitty then this recipe is for you!
4 oz. butter or block margarine
1oz. icing sugar
4 oz. plain flour
vanilla essence
glace cherries
1) Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy; stir in a few drops [of] vanilla essence and gradually work in sifted flour.
2) Put mixture into piping bag fitted with rose piping-tube and pipe fingers or rounds on to greased tray. Decorate each biscuit with a piece of glace cherry.
3) Bake at mark 4 (350 'F.) for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Leave on tray for few minutes before removing to cooling tray.
