Cheese Baked Potatoes
4 medium sized potatoes
2 tablespoons milk
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper
1. Wash potatoes and prick with fork.
2. Bake at mark 4 (350'F.) for 1.25-1.5 hours or until cooked.
3. Cut potatoes in half, scoop out centre, and mash with fork. Beat in milk, grated cheese, chopped parsley, and season to taste.
4. Return mixture to potato shells, reheat for a few minutes.
