Scotch Eggs
This delightful recipe will serve 3 people.
3 hard-boiled eggs (standard)
1/2 lb. sausagemeat
beaten egg
fresh brown breadcrumbs for coating
1) Shell eggs, divide sausagemeat into three equal pieces, and carefully mould around each egg.
2) Brush well with egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
3) Place on well-greased tray and bake 20-25 minutes at mark 5 (375'F.) Serve hot or cold.
